FAQ

Q: How can I register my child in Tumble Time?

A: You can get a Tumble Time registration form from your child's school or download a registration form from our "Contact Us" page. Complete and return it to your child's school with tuition payment or email signed form to tumbletime@cox.net.


Q: What types of tuition payments do you accept?

A: Chase with Zelle (or any other institution that utilizes Zelle) This is an Electronic Transfer.

                  Please submit your child's Tumble Time tuition payment to: tumbletimequickpay@cox.net.

                  Please note your child's name / school name  to ensure proper accounting.

Online Bill Pay 

  • Mail payments to: 16126 Malvern Hill Ave. Baton Rouge, LA 70817
  • Please include your child's name and school on the memo portion of the check

  Money Orders

Q: How do I pay my child's tuition?

A: For your convenience, each month your child will receive a Tumble Time tuition envelope. The envelope will reflect the class dates and tuition amount due. Tuition is due by the 1st of each month.

 

Q: Can I pay for the entire school year when I register my child?

A: Yes, absolutely! The registration form your child receives or the one you downloaded will show the school years tuition price. With your full tuition payment your child will receive a FREE Tumble Time t-shirt.  If you have any questions please contact us. 


Q: Is my Tumble Time tuition transferable if my child should relocate?

A: Yes, we need to be notified as soon as possible to make the necessary changes to your account.


Q: What should my child wear for Tumble Time classes?

A: Your child should wear comfortable clothing (shorts under dresses) and athletic shoes. Please NO BOOTS of any kind. 


Q: How can I find out how my child is progressing in class?

A: Go to our "Contact Us" page and send us an email and we will be happy to let you know about your child's progress!


Q: What day does my child do Tumble Time?

A: Look for a posted Tumble Time calendar at your child's school! You can also contact us for more information. 


Q: Can I come watch my child do Tumble Time?

A: You are more than welcome to watch your child during class.

 

Q: How do I remove my child from the Tumble Time program?

  1. A:  Please give us a 30 day notice (written / email / text) before they will no longer be attending Tumble Time classes.
